Property Services
I have some 25 years experience of renovating property starting from adding
heating systems and rewiring through to modifcations like new light fittings,
outside taps and Landscape Gardening. Along the way I have constructed
Walls, Conservatories, Greenhouses and Fitted wardrobes. I have Maintained and
replaced most parts in a house which in addition to painting and decorating
now includes Bathrooms and Kitchens. I am always happy to advise and offer a
free estimate.
I have had a keen interest in boats from an early age and while owning boats necessity demanded that I adapt my skills to Yachting. I have successfully modified the rudders on 2 Prout Catamarans to improve their sailing performance. Along with internal cabinet work and glassfibre repairs my repertoire includes Engine Servicing and the installation and commissioning of new Instrumentation. My boats have had Copper epoxy coatings applied to the underwater hull and I have always found it very effective. I would be pleased to quote for this and any other marine work that may be needed.
